App-Specific Notes
Autoškola 2026: eTesty
Autoškola 2026: eTesty does not require a user account or public user profile. Learning progress, selected categories, bookmarks, practice history, app preferences, downloaded media, and cached content may be stored locally on your device. The app may also process purchase status, analytics, crash diagnostics, and technical identifiers through the third-party services listed below.
Autoškola 2026: eTesty is an independent educational driving-test preparation app. It is not an official government application and is not affiliated with the Czech Ministry of Transport or any public authority.
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, install, or use our Services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Account Information: Some DecadeTools services may allow account creation. Autoškola 2026: eTesty does not require an account. Across our Services, we may collect your email address if you contact us for support, create an account in a Service that supports accounts, or if a feature asks you to provide it.
- Subscription and Purchase Information: If a Service offers paid access, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, we collect information related to that purchase, including payment information processed through third-party payment processors such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, subscription plan details, entitlement status, and purchase history.

Autoškola 2026: eTesty does not provide public user-generated content, uploads, chat, or social sharing. Autoškola 2026: eTesty may store your learning progress, answered questions, test results, bookmarks, settings, and preferences locally on your device.
- Communication Data: When you contact us for support or with questions, we collect your contact information and the content of your communications.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:

- Firebase Analytics Data: Some Services use Google Analytics for Firebase to measure app usage and improve our Services. Firebase Analytics may collect app events, screen views, session information, app opens, first launches, app updates, in-app purchase events, approximate geography, device model, operating system, and an app-instance identifier associated with a particular installation of the application.
- Crash and Diagnostics Data: Some Services use Firebase Crashlytics to understand app crashes and technical errors. Crashlytics may collect crash logs, device model, operating system version, app version, timestamps, installation identifiers, and other diagnostic information needed to investigate stability issues.
- Log Data: Our servers automatically record information when you use our Services, including IP address, access times, app features or pages viewed, and other system activity.
- Local Storage: Our Services may store data locally on your device using standard mobile application storage mechanisms to improve performance and enable offline functionality.

- Analytics and Diagnostics Services: Some Services use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to receive aggregated and event-based analytics information and crash diagnostics about how our Services are used. Firebase may process identifiers and technical usage data according to Google's and Firebase's privacy and data processing terms.

4.1 Local Storage
Some of your data is stored locally on your device to enable offline functionality and improve app performance. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless necessary for service functionality.
App-specific local data varies by Service. In Autoškola 2026: eTesty, local data may include learning progress, selected driving-license categories, answered questions, mock-test history, bookmarks, audio or media progress, app settings, downloaded media, and cached question content. You can remove local app data by using in-app reset options where available or by deleting the app from your device.
4.2 Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Where an account exists, when you delete your account or request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize your information, subject to applicable legal requirements. Autoškola 2026: eTesty does not require a user account.
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Access and Correction
You have the right to access, update, or correct your personal information. You can do this through the app settings or by contacting us directly.
5.2 Data Deletion
For Services that do not require an account, most app-specific data may be stored locally on your device and can be removed by using in-app reset options where available or by uninstalling the app. In Autoškola 2026: eTesty, this includes local learning progress and practice data. You can request deletion of personal information that we or our service providers process by contacting us at info@decadetools.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". This may include support emails, analytics identifiers, crash diagnostics, RevenueCat entitlement data, and purchase-related records available to us. We may retain limited information where required by law, tax obligations, fraud prevention, payment dispute handling, security, or other legitimate business purposes.
5.3 Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, through your device's subscription management settings, such as the Apple App Store subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings.
5.4 Opt-Out
You can opt out of certain data collection by adjusting your device settings or app preferences. However, this may limit your ability to use certain features of our Services.
Depending on your device and platform settings, you may also be able to limit advertising identifiers, analytics personalization, or other device-level tracking controls. Firebase Analytics data is associated with app-instance identifiers and may be reset or limited according to the controls provided by Google, Firebase, the operating system, or our Services where available.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. Autoškola 2026: eTesty is intended for driving-test preparation and is primarily relevant to older teenagers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information from our systems where legally and technically possible.
